Q: What if you want an <input> that allows us to change a <Title /> component (within a <Header /> component) as we type through "two-way binding"? What is the general thought process?

Ans: As the user enters text in the <input> (within the <Header /> component), we want to take that "change" and trigger some type of "event" on the overall <Layout /> parent component.
That "event" will say to update the "state," which will then cause the whole React-style rendering process to begin because a state changed.
